Hi! I'm Tania Butkevich and here is a little about me,
Like most women, I too was a victim to believing eating less will get you the toned-fit body of your dreams. I have tried most diets out there, which not only made me struggle with body image issues, it also affected my relationship with food and myself. Not to mention, hormone imbalances, trouble sleeping, constant bloating, lots of inflammation and poor digestion.
I had spent so much time going to the doctors because I was constantly feeling bloating and was unable to lose weight, when in my eyes I was doing all the “right” things- eating healthy and working out. However, I didn’t realize how much you eat also matters. Even though I was making healthy choices, I was under eating- for years! Plus adding training on top of that, my body was starving for nutrients.
It wasn’t until I studied Holistic Nutrition that I understood how much food and our lifestyle choices truly impact how we feel in our bodies. I started to eat more food (and the right foods for my body) and started training to build muscle rather than focus on fat loss. This is when I finally started to see the results I wanted and maintained them.
The secret truly lies in what you choose to do daily. As hard as it is to make adjustments to your daily habits, the outcome is unbeatable. Waking up feeling confident in my body everyday, is something I could only dream of. And now, I get to teach women how to do the same.
