Hi, I'm Tania, Coach TB & this is what fitness means to me,
Fitness truly saved me. Back in 2022, I hit rock bottom with my mental health and I didn’t know where to turn, yet alone did I think I would make it through. I leaned on my fitness program and the gym became my therapy. Showing up to my workouts day after day, also showed me that I was worth showing up for. My workouts become my time to become stronger, physically but most importantly mentally.

Your workouts are more than just what you look like, they are to show you your strength that you might not see clearly right now. But the more you show up, day after day, the more you will discover and gain strength so you can step into the woman you are meant to be.

You can cancel at anytime! Send me a message and your subscription will be cancelled. You’ll have access to the app until the end of your current month.
What if I’m a beginner?
I have a beginner program coming in 2025!
What equipment do I need?
For all home programs, dumbbells and a yoga mat are required, unless specified otherwise. For all gym programs, a full gym is required.
Is there a specific start date?
Nope! You can start at anytime you’d like! Once you sign up, we’ll get you set up with the program that best suits your goals and off you go, crushing your fitness goals!

What style of workouts are they?
The instructional programs are all strength training based programs. The follow along programs do have some cardio workouts.
