Cajun Salmon w/ Pineapple Salsa


An easy but very delicious meal! This dish also has anti-inflammatory food components due to all the healthy fats as well as Pineapple contains anti-inflammatory properties from the enzymes bromelain. High protein AND anti-inflammatory meal, you'll be feeling good and satiated for a while- say hello to a happy and healthy body!


PROTEIN SWAPS: Feel free to sub the salmon for tofu or chicken! You can still toss the cajun spice on there to have the same tastes.


Also a great meal for meal prepping!
