Salmon Cucumber Pasta Salad


This high protein macaroni salad is perfect for lunches on the go! Or simply make this dinner and have it for lunch the next day.


Protein Recommendations:

・Easily swap this for canned tuna or even chicken breast!


For canned tuna, simply just drain the water and add 1 can of tuna (2 portions with this recipe). For chicken option, use 1-2 chicken breast, bake and dice up just like I did with the salmon.
