Smoked Salmon & Halloumi Avo Toast



This simple yet SO delicious lunch or even breakfast is the perfect balance of protein, healthy fats & nourishing carbs!


You can literally add anything to your avocado toast and I guarantee it will be amazing! This is definitely one of my favourite combinations.


Suggestions: drizzle some balsamic reduction to add a little sweetness to the dish.
