Mediterranean Tofu Rice Bowl


One of my favourites with all the good stuff! Plenty of healthy fats, whole foods and protein! This meal is nice and light, will give you energy and have you feel satiated!

PROTEIN SWAPS: You can easily swap out the tofu for chicken! Simply toss your chicken in lemon pepper seasoning and bake!
